Pineapple, lime and ginger cocktail without alcohol
This refreshing fruit cocktail is very energetic and hydrating. In case you didn’t know, pineapple has anti-inammatory properties, helps digest meat and is rich in vitamin C.
A pineapple without the skin or the heart
1 tablespoon of cane sugar
Half a liter of fresh water
30 gr of fresh ginger
- The pineapple is crushed with the water and strained through a strainer to remove the excess ber or those that have not been crushed well.
- Add the juice of two limes and a tablespoon of cane sugar. Mix well.
- Serve fresh with mint leaves (optional)
