Black Rice with Shrimp
Black rice is a naturally black brown rice, rich in ber and minerals. This variety of rice is Italian and is called “venere”. This recipe is very simple and is very tasty. Squid are simple squid rings.
(For two)
4 handfuls of black rice
300 g squid rings
2 cloves of garlic
Two tablespoons of chopped parsley
A cube of concentrated organic vegetable broth

  1. In a saucepan, bring half a liter of water to boil with a tablet of concentrated vegetable broth. When the tablet has dissolved, add the rice that should boil for 25 minutes (follow the manufacturer’s instructions).
  2. The largest squid rings are cut into pieces and, in a frying pan, with a little oil, the squid are fried. When they no longer release water, add the minced garlic and a little parsley until the squid begin to take color.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, it is removed from the broth and added to the squid, mixed and fried together with the squid for two or three minutes.
    Serve with a tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley on top.
