Ovo je recept mog tate.

“PILE U GNEZDU” –

Piletinu zaciniti po zelji i staviti u sredinu vatrostalne posude. Oko mesa redjati krompir (ceo) , paradajz (ceo) , papriku (celu) i tako u krug . Koliko osoba toliko komada povrca.

Poklopiti vatrostalnu posudu i peci oko 1 sat .

POTPISUJEM da i onaj koji ne voli belo meso ( a to sam ja ) ima da se odusevi ukusom !!!

Nije potrebno dodavati ulje
