Pork Chops in White Wine Ingredients:
8 pork chops, 3 onions, 6 large potatoes, 300 ml white wine, seasoning salt, pepper, bay leaves

Preparation:
In the evening, tenderize the pork chops well. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and crushed bay leaves, then cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, slice the onions into rings and layer them in a baking dish. Place half of the sliced potatoes on top, season with more seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the pork chops on top of the potatoes, then add the remaining potato slices. Pour white wine over everything.

Cover with a lid or foil and bake at 220°C (430°F) for about 2 hours. Then remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 150°C (300°F), and cook for another hour.
