Swiss Chard Rolls ingredients:
4 fillets of quality white fish,
800 grams of Swiss chard,
1 teaspoon of salt,
juice of 1/2 lemon,
4 spoons of sour cream,
2 eggs,
1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper,
2 spoons of mustard,
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil,
2 spoons of sesame oil,
1.5 deciliters of white wine,
1.5 deciliters of hot vegetable soup
Preparation:
Clean the Swiss chard and briefly blanch it. Beat the fish in a blender with lemon, sour cream, eggs, pepper, a spoonful of mustard, basil and salt. Connect 2-3 chard leaves each, put the filling and twist into rolls.
Fry on all sides in a little oil. Stir the remaining mustard into the wine, then pour it over the rolls. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Chop the unused Swiss chard, sauté in the remaining oil, add salt and pepper and serve with rolls.
