Aries: The food favoured for the Aries is lettuce, walnuts, potatoes, spinach, onion, cucumber, lentils, apples, radishes, lime, beans and cabbage. All brain foods, especially fish, bheja, and almonds are a must.
Taurus: Since sodium sulphate is your body salt, take beets, cauliflower, onions, cucumber, Swiss chard, pumpkin. Again as copper is your mineral, do eat (frequently but in small amounts) liver, beef, lamb, egg yolk, peas, prunes, almonds. Sugared food
is out for you – the gluttons of the Zodiac. Dinner should be taken early. Try to take a small walk after dinner.
Gemini: Spinach (really good for you), tomatoes, oranges, green beans, celery, apricots, plums, carrots, cauliflower, coconut, big helpings of meat, beef, lobster, eggs, onions, wheat, gram are a must. No cigarettes, no alcohol and only music please is a must
