Delicious Valentine’s Day Cake
Delicious chocolate cake will always be an amazing for Valentine’s Day! This chocolate cake is without eggs.
Flour – 200 g
Sugar – 200 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar, sifted cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in an unlubricated 20 cm square cake tin.
Add melted butter, water, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
Combine all ingredients with a fork.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
Place the crushed chocolate, cream and butter in an ovenproof bowl.
Melt in the microwave or water bath.
Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature.
Then pour icing over the chilled cake.
Let stand until the glaze thickens.
