Each recipe is easy to follow, and the flavors only get better with time.

Cherry Leaf Liqueur

  • 2 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 quart red wine
  • 100 cherry leaves

Combine the sugar, red wine, and cherry leaves in a large jar. Store in a cool, shaded area for about 40 days. After this time, strain the mixture. The longer it sits, the richer and more flavorful the liqueur becomes.

Elderflower Liqueur
Mix fresh homemade elderflower juice with neutral vodka or brandy in your preferred ratio. This simple and fragrant liqueur has always been a hit with friends and family.

Elderflower & Strawberry Liqueur

  • 2 1/4 lbs strawberries
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 cups neutral vodka or brandy
  • 10 elderflower blossoms

Place the strawberries, sugar, elderflower blossoms, and vodka in a wide-mouth jar. Seal tightly and leave in a sunny spot for 21 days. Shake the jar occasionally to mix the ingredients well. After the infusion period, strain the liquid through cheesecloth and pour into smaller bottles. Store in a cool, dark place. This liqueur tastes reminiscent of strawberry jam, with the gentle floral note of elderflower—always a crowd-pleaser.
