Here is something else simple, healthy and delicious, and that is fish on potatoes .
Cut the potatoes into slices, the pork into rings, one green pepper and red onion into small cubes.
Add salt, oil, add some vegeta, a couple of peppercorns and mix gently. Place the mixture on parchment paper,
and arrange fillets of cleaned fish (preferably boneless) on top.
Salt and oil the fish a little, add a little rosemary, fold the paper on all sides and seal hermetically. Put in a well-heated oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the top part of the paper and put the pan under the top heater for about 5-10
minutes to brown a little.
Separately, in a pan with a little oil, fry the chopped garlic into leaves and pour over the fish.
