Rice salad – cook 200 grams of rice, but do not overcook (drain and cover with cold water),
can of corn,
a can of pitted olives,
2 boiled eggs,
2 boiled carrots cut into cubes,
one cup of cooked peas,
2-3 smaller cans of tuna, drained of oil,
if desired, cubes of feta cheese can be added,

other ingredients and amounts of ingredients.
Preparation
When all the ingredients are mixed, make the dressing
2 hard-boiled egg yolks (mash them with a fork), olive oil,
salt and pepper to taste, a little vinegar or lemon juice,
spoon of mustard or mayonnaise.
Pour over the rice and vegetables and leave in the fridge for a few hours to absorb everything well.
This dish can replace a complete meal, and can also be a side dish to some meat.
