Baked chicken with vegetables ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks
1 kg of potatoes,
300 g of bacon,
1 liter of soup.
Clean the potatoes, then cut them into cubes and put them in a deep dish at the bottom. Boil the potatoes a little, then sprinkle with dry spices. Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the potatoes, and the bacon, cut into slices, on top of them. Finely chop the onion and pepper and sprinkle over everything.. Season with pepper, then pour over everything with soup or a stirred soup cube and 750 ml of water. Cover and bake at 200 degrees for about 2 hours. Remove the baked chicken from the oven and serve warm.
