Recipe: Dried peppers with sauerkraut –

You need 10-20 pieces of dry peppers, grated sauerkraut, a jar and oil.
Scald the peppers well with hot water so that they swell a little. Then fill them with grated cheese to which a little pepper is added. Arrange the peppers in the jar vertically, one next to the other. When you fill the jar, fill it with oil (I mix a little olive oil with a little regular oil). Keep it cold (I don’t have anywhere but the fridge). It’s very tasty. It can be cut into rings and served on a plate with some good strong white cheese. It is very practical for various celebrations, as well as for Lent celebrations.
