Here’s something new, prunes in a red wine sauce. Ingredients needed:

300-400 grams of pitted prunes,
250-300 grams of ricotta cheese (or another cream cheese),
a bunch of fresh celery leaves,
salt, pepper,
ketchup,
soy sauce,
balsamic vinegar,
red wine,
olive oil.

Preparation:

Soak the prunes in hot water to soften them a little. Drain them well. In a bowl, mix the cheese, finely chopped celery, a little salt and pepper, then fill the plums with this mixture and arrange them in an earthenware dish into which you have poured a little olive oil. When you have used all the plums, prepare the sauce.
Pour some soy sauce (2-3 tablespoons), the same amount of balsamic vinegar and ketchup into a bowl. Mix everything well and add 1 glass of red wine.
Lightly pour over the plums and put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
This is served with pan-fried or grilled fish fillets.
