Steak Genovese ingredients:

1 large, well battered, pork steak per person,
1 slice of prosciutto (which you come across),
melted cheese,
100 g tagliatelle,
tagliatelle sauce can be bolognese, or genovese, or dill. I prepared this last one, I just added the juice of one lemon to it, so it turned out even better.

I left the steaks in the lemon and olive oil marinade overnight, so that they would be nicer for frying. Boil the tagliatelle in a separate bowl. You made the sauce beforehand. And when all that is done, fry the steaks on a Teflon base (you don’t need to add more oil because they have already spent the night in the marinade).
When everything is ready on the plate, serve it in this order:
At the bottom of the plate goes that slice of prosciutto, then the hot steak, then the melted cheese, and on the side tagliatelle with sauce. You can also add some green salad and that would be it. Enjoy. Take my word for it that one steak per person is enough because it is very strong.
