Potato Souffle Recipe

Heat the oven and grease the mold.
Peel and chop 6 medium-sized potatoes. Boil them in salted water in a covered container until they soften. Drain and mash them.
Add other ingredients:
250 grams of fresh cream cheese, with 1 finely chopped onion,
1/4 cup of sour cream,
1/4 cup of melted butter,
2 beaten eggs, and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
