Poppy pie ingredients:
1/2 package pie crust. Beat 4 whole eggs, 2 cups of yogurt, 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, 200 grams of ground poppy seeds.
Arrange 2 crusts and pour the filling over them. In this order, until the crusts and filling are used up. Put 1 crust on top and cut everything into cubes and let it rest for 2 hours. Bake, then when it cools down pour 250 grams of water, 250 grams of sugar (boiled and cooled) and juice of 1 lemon.
Instead of poppy seeds, you can put some walnuts and cherries with semolina or just with walnuts. Then you need 500 grams of walnuts.

Mushroom pie ingredients:
500 grams of thin crusts for baking, 500 grams of mushrooms, 4 pieces of leek, 1 sour cream, 4 eggs and a little mineral water.
Cut the leek into strips, stew it. Then cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the leek and continue stewing. When it softens, add a little salt and pepper. When it cools down, add sour cream. Arrange the pie crusts in 2 rows, then fill with the mixture. Cover the last crust with eggs and mineral water. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius. When cool, cut into cubes
