Here is the recipe for Macarons.
The ingredients are simple, but I would like to point out – strictly adhere to the recipe and the process itself in order for the cookies to succeed….

Macarons ingredients:

3 egg whites (about 90-100 grams),
50 grams of sugar,
200 grams of powdered sugar,
110 grams of the finest ground almonds,
red cake color – I put a few drops of liquid color. The color can be any, but it is preferable that it matches the taste of the filling.
You can make it however you want, put some left over from the cake or simply spread it with Nutella… I heated a little sweet cream here, added about 150 grams of chocolate and a little butter…..

Preparation

Egg whites must stand at room temperature for at least 24 hours, preferably longer!
Use the finest powdered sugar.
If the almond is not very fine, grind it in an electric coffee grinder.
Sift the powdered sugar.
Sieve the ground almonds.
Mix sugar and almonds.
Sift everything together again.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding granulated sugar.
The mixture should be firm.
Then add sifted almonds and powdered sugar two or three times.
Stir the mixture. Do not mix with a mixer, but by hand.
It must not be mixed either too hard or too slowly.
Add a few drops of color…
Pour the mixture into a piping bag and press the cookies onto a pan lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 150° Celsius for 12-13 minutes.
Make sure they don’t burn!
Connect the cooled ones with the filling.
They get their full taste only the next day, but it is very difficult to refrain from eating them right away….
A sign that your Macarons have succeeded is a hollow wreath around…
