Gypsy Stew ingredients:
2 onions, chopped,
3 Tbsp. oil,
2 eggs, beaten,
2 lbs. cooked ham, chopped,
2 c. rice, cooked,
flour,
2 cans vegetable soup.
Fry onions in oil. Mix in eggs, ham, and rice, and form into small balls. Coat with flour.
Cook balls in fat until done. Add vegetable soup, cover and heat.
Serves 12.
