Discover how to make delicious grilled mushrooms with just a few ingredients. A light and healthy option that’s packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ⅓ lbs mushrooms (about 600 g)
  • A little oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions:
Remove the caps from the mushrooms and set the stems aside. Wash the caps and sprinkle lightly with salt. Place them on a preheated grill and cover with foil. Once grilled, serve the mushrooms over cooked rice, sprinkle with parsley and pepper, and serve while still warm.
