Sunny, crisp, and beautifully fragrant — this Golden Citrus Sangria is a bright twist on the classic white sangria. Peach nectar and lime add a gentle tang, while mint and elderflower bring a floral freshness that feels like summer in every sip. Perfect for outdoor brunches, picnics, or golden-hour evenings with friends.

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

1 cup peach nectar

Juice of 1 lime

1 orange, thinly sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 crisp green apple, diced

½ cup sliced white grapes or green grapes

A handful of fresh mint leaves

3 cups semi-sweet white wine (like Moscato or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup sparkling lemon water or citrus soda

¼ cup elderflower liqueur (optional, for floral aroma)

Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a large glass pitcher, mix the peach nectar with freshly squeezed lime juice.

Add the sliced orange, lemon, apple, grapes, and mint leaves.

Lightly press the fruit with a wooden spoon to release their natural juices and oils.

Pour in the white wine and elderflower liqueur (if using). Stir gently to blend.

Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours to let the flavors mingle and chill completely.

Before serving, stir in the sparkling lemon water for a bubbly, refreshing finish.

Fill glasses with ice cubes, garnish with a citrus slice and a mint sprig, then pour and enjoy!

Tip: Add a few frozen peach slices or green grapes instead of ice to keep your sangria cool without watering it down.
