A quick and flavorful spaghetti sauce that’s perfect for weeknight dinners. Packed with fresh vegetables and herbs, it’s a hit with the whole family.
Easy spaghetti sauce ingredients:
1 onion, finely chopped,
1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped,
1 large carrot, diced,
4 – 5 tbsp. tomato paste,
1 can peeled tomatoes,
handful of leaves fresh basil,
salt and pepper,
1 tbsp sugar.
Method of preparation:
Fry the onion in a little fat until translucent. Add the garlic and fry for another 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and let the sauce simmer for about 40-45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
