Chicken drumsticks are a favorite for many because they’re juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare. This recipe takes them to the next level by marinating them in yogurt overnight, making them incredibly tender.
In 7 tablespoons (about 3.5 fl oz) of oil, mix in a little salt and pepper, then brush it over about 4 chicken drumsticks. Place them in a baking dish and pour in about 4 cups (1 quart) of yogurt. Let them sit overnight—the drumsticks will absorb most of the yogurt.
The next day, coat them in sesame seeds, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), and bake for about 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
