Here’s another quick and easy recipe from my cookbook—delicious, simple, and packed with flavor! It’s one of those dishes that everyone in the house loves, and it’s always a hit at the dinner table.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound (about 2 boneless, skinless breasts) of chicken
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 10 oz (about 3 cups) of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sauté in oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Add the mushrooms, cover the pan, and let them release their liquid. Do not add extra water!
- Once the mushrooms are tender, remove the lid and let the excess liquid evaporate.
- Near the end of cooking, add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and any seasoning of your choice.
- When most of the liquid is gone, stir in the sour cream and let it heat through for a few minutes.
This dish is rich, creamy, and absolutely irresistible—everyone in my house loves it!
