Here’s another quick and easy recipe from my cookbook—delicious, simple, and packed with flavor! It’s one of those dishes that everyone in the house loves, and it’s always a hit at the dinner table.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (about 2 boneless, skinless breasts) of chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 10 oz (about 3 cups) of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste
  • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sauté in oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
  2. Add the mushrooms, cover the pan, and let them release their liquid. Do not add extra water!
  3. Once the mushrooms are tender, remove the lid and let the excess liquid evaporate.
  4. Near the end of cooking, add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and any seasoning of your choice.
  5. When most of the liquid is gone, stir in the sour cream and let it heat through for a few minutes.

This dish is rich, creamy, and absolutely irresistible—everyone in my house loves it!
