Zucchini Moussaka ingredients: 4 small zucchini, 4 eggs, 2 dl milk, 2 dl sour cream, a little oil, flour and breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into strips, add salt and let them sit in a strainer for 30 minutes, so that they completely drain. Roll drained zucchini leaves in flour, dip in beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Arrange the fried zucchini in a fireproof bowl, cover them with a mixture of milk, sour cream and egg, add salt, pepper and bake for 30 minutes in a heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. This dish can be served hot or cold.
