Traditional Moussaka ingredients:
1 kilogram of tomatoes, 450 grams of blue eggplants, 500 grams of beef, 1.5 dl of oil, 5 dl of sour milk, onion, salt, pepper
Preparation
Cut the tomato into rings, and peel the eggplant and cut it into cubes. Fry the eggplant in half of the oil. Finely chop the onion and stew it in the remaining oil until it softens, add the meat, salt and pepper, then continue to stew. Lightly grease the tray, put a row of tomatoes on the bottom, add salt, put meat, then a layer of eggplant, pepper and so on. Bake for 45 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Serve with sour milk
