Vegetable Dumplings ingredients: 100 grams of kale, 100 grams of cauliflower, 100 grams of potatoes, 100 grams of carrots, 100 grams of celery, 3 buns, 2 eggs, 1 soup cube, milk, breadcrumbs, flour, pepper, oil, salt and grated cheese.

Preparation:
Clean the vegetables, cut them, and put them on hot oil to fry. Dissolve the soup cube in water and pour the liquid slowly into the pot with the vegetables. When the vegetables are soft, add the cut buns fried in oil. Then go through everything. Beat the eggs, milk and flour separately, add the vegetable mass and buns and make the dough for the dumplings. Season with salt and pepper and shape the dumplings. Roll them in flour and cook in salted water. Drain the fallen dumplings and sprinkle with fried breadcrumbs. Serve with grated cheese.
