Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat orange yogurt
  • 5 fresh strawberries, halved
  • ½ cup honeydew, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 small papaya, seeded and cubed
  • ½ cup watermelon, diced
  • 2 peeled oranges, cut into segments
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice (unsweetened)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the yogurt with all the chopped fruits.
