Fish Pâté is a classic cold spread rooted in everyday pantry ingredients. Combining tuna, sardines, margarine, and bold seasoning, it’s a rich and flavorful dish that can be prepared in minutes. Traditionally served on crackers, toast, or as a filling for savory baskets, this spread is known for its creamy texture and strong taste. It’s perfect for gatherings, appetizers, or a quick snack that keeps well in the fridge — though it rarely lasts long.
