Rum Cubes Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 160g sugar
- 120g flour
- ½ packet of baking powder
- 120g butter
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter, then mix in the flour with the baking powder. Gently fold the resulting mixture into the whipped egg whites. Bake in a baking dish at medium temperature. Once baked, pour the filling over the cake and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
Ingredients for the Filling:
- 3-4 tablespoons of water
- 160g walnuts
- 100g butter
- 100g chocolate
- 5 tablespoons of rum
- 10 tablespoons of sugar
Melt all the ingredients over low heat and finally add the walnuts.
