Pork Loin Steaks in Creamy Mushroom Sauce is the perfect food for this time of year.
Ingredients: 
1 kilogram of Pork Loin Steaks,
200 grams of mushrooms,
2 deciliters of sour cream for cooking
0.5 deciliters of oil
2 deciliters of white wine

Put a little oil and medium-thick pork loin steaks in a pan and fry only on one side for about 10 minutes, while at the same time saute the mushrooms in another pan, but in butter (you can also use oil).

Then mix the mushrooms and meat and add the wine and wait until the wine boils and add the sour cream for cooking. Cook for a few more minutes. For a side dish, cook mashed potatoes or rice.  Be careful with salt. A pinch of salt is enough for a whole kilogram of meat.
