Ingredients:
- 2 lb fresh mushrooms (button or cremini)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
