With just a spoon and a few basic ingredients, you’ll have a warm, fluffy bread perfect for dipping, sandwiches, or savoring on its own. Plus, a sprinkle of sesame seeds adds a nutty, golden touch. Whether you prefer classic white flour or a whole-grain twist, this recipe delivers bakery-quality bread in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 packets dry yeast (or 0.5 oz fresh yeast)
  • 2 cups warm water (approximately, adjust for a loose dough)
  • Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add warm water and mix with a spoon until a loose, sticky dough forms.
  2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then stir it again briefly. Allow it to rise for about 15–20 minutes, stirring gently 2–3 times during this period.
  3. Preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Smooth the top with a spatula if needed.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired.
  6. Bake at 480°F for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 430°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.

Optional Notes:

  • For whole-grain alternatives, substitute half the flour with buckwheat or whole wheat.
