To create this Sweet Valentine’s Heart for that special someone, you will need:
About 600 g ground biscuits
200 g white chocolate
Raspberry flavored and colored food coloring
About 150–200 g raspberry cream (homemade or store-bought)
3 or more red heart shaped jelly candies of your choice
Pink colored wafer crumbs for decoration
0.5 liter can of carbonated soda (any flavor you like)
Heart-shaped cake mold

Preparation
Place the ground biscuits in a deep bowl. Pour the carbonated soda over them and mix until you get a smooth, uniform mixture. Once the mixture is ready, gently press it into the heart-shaped mold and level the surface.
Spread the raspberry cream on top. Then place one red jelly candy in the center. Pour the melted white chocolate over everything. If you like, you can tint the white chocolate pink using food coloring.
Decorate with pink wafer crumbs or other decorations as desired, and leave it to chill in the refrigerator until set.
