Bring winter magic to your holiday table with these Coconut Snowman treats! Soft, sweet, and easy to make, they’re perfect for holiday parties, festive gatherings, or even as cute edible gifts.

Ingredients (for the snowballs):

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 7 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, plus extra for coating

Ingredients (for decorating):

  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • Red and black food coloring
  • Mini pretzel sticks for arms

Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar with 2 tbsp water and heat gently until the sugar dissolves into a syrup.

Remove from heat, then stir in the butter and powdered milk until fully combined.

Fold in 1 cup of shredded coconut. Let the mixture cool slightly so it’s easy to handle.

Form small portions into two sizes of balls: a larger one for the body and a smaller one for the head.

Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut so they’re completely covered.

Stack the small ball on top of the larger one to make the snowman shape.

Beat the egg white with powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth and slightly fluffy.

Divide and tint portions of the frosting with food coloring. Use black for eyes and buttons, red for scarves.

Add pretzel sticks on each side as little arms.

Arrange your Coconut Snowmen on a festive tray. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. These charming treats are perfect for kids’ parties or as holiday gifts.
