Cheesecake, a delectable dessert, blends creamy cheese with a buttery crust, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and textures. Originating in ancient Greece, it has evolved into countless variations, from New York-style to Japanese fluffy. Each bite offers rich indulgence, making cheesecake a timeless treat cherished by dessert lovers worldwide.

Cheesecake ingredients for the crust: you need 200 grams of ground biscuits, 75 grams of melted margarine. Knead, if necessary, add a little milk in order to obtain a dough that does not crumble, separate the resulting crust into a mold with your hands.
For the filling: Beat 3 deciliters of sweet cream with 1 vanilla sugar, add 500 grams of unsalted cheese, 1 deciliter of sour cream, 1 deciliter of milk, 150 grams of powdered sugar and a spoonful of vanilla extract. Prepare a bag of gelatin according to the instructions and mix it into the filling.
Pour the filling into the mold over the crust and leave it in the fridge until it hardens, about 2-3 hours. Finally, top with fruit to taste – 300 grams of fruit and 1 cake topping.
I recommend, when it’s in season, to make this cake with strawberries, I don’t think there is a better combination.
