Ingredients Needed
- 300 g grated cabbage
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 liter beef broth
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 dry sausages
- 200 g sour cream
Preparation
Sauté the finely chopped onion in heated oil. Add the cabbage and cook for one hour, adding water several times as needed. Add the paprika and continue to cook, stirring occasionally. Pour in the beef broth, season with salt to taste, and add the caraway seeds. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Add the sausage slices to the boiling soup and cook for an additional eight minutes. Serve hot with a slice of whole-grain bread.
