Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

For the Snowman Tree:

  • 1 small mozzarella ball (for the head)
  • 1 slice carrot (for the nose)
  • Black olives (for buttons and eyes)
  • Red edible sprinkles or pepper flakes (for scarf detail)
  • One small piece of cheddar (for the hat)

For the Board Surroundings:

  • 20–24 slices salami
  • 20–24 round crackers
  • 12 mini star-shaped crackers or cookies
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese slices into triangle shapes, starting with larger pieces at the bottom and smaller ones at the top. Layer them upward to form a Christmas tree shape.
  2. Place a mozzarella ball at the top as the head. Use olive pieces for the eyes and buttons. Add a small triangle of carrot for the nose. Use red sprinkles or pepper flakes for the scarf.
  3. Neatly arrange salami slices in rows on one side of the board. Place round crackers and star-shaped crackers on the opposite side.
  4. Fill in with pretzels at the bottom and grapes at the corner for a sweet contrast.
  5. Add fresh rosemary sprigs around the board for a festive holiday look and fresh aroma.

Serving Tip

Serve chilled just before guests arrive. Pair with cold water, sparkling drinks, or holiday punch for a complete festive experience.
