CLASSIC:

Ingredients:

  • 5 ⅓ cups finely chopped, cleaned strawberries (about 28 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Dr. Oetker citric acid
  • 1 packet Dr. Oetker Jamfix 1:1
  • 3.5 oz finely chopped white chocolate
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rum

Preparation:
Mix the finely chopped strawberries with the citric acid and Jamfix 1:1. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the chocolate and sugar and cook for about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the rum. Immediately pour the jam into screw-top jars, seal tightly, and turn them upside down.
After 5–10 minutes, return jars to an upright position and store in a cool, dark place.

LIGHT:

Ingredients:

  • 6 ⅔ cups finely chopped, cleaned strawberries (about 35 oz)
  • 1 packet Dr. Oetker citric acid
  • 1 packet Dr. Oetker Jamfix 3:1
  • 3.5 oz finely chopped white chocolate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rum

Preparation:

  • 1 ½ cups diabetic sweetener (sorbitol)
  • 2 tablespoons rum

Preparation:
Mix the finely chopped strawberries with the citric acid and Jamfix 3:1. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the chocolate and sweetener and cook for about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the rum. Immediately pour the jam into screw-top jars, seal tightly, and turn them upside down.
After 5–10 minutes, return jars to an upright position and store in a cool, dark place.
