Spicy Sauce with Wine Ingredients:

  • 100 g smoked bacon
  • 2-3 hot peppers (chili)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dl red wine
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 70 g hard cheese
  • Olive oil or any vegetable oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Clean and chop the garlic and onion. Sauté them in oil along with the bacon cut into cubes.
  2. Add the wine and stir over low heat until all the liquid evaporates.
  3. Mix in the tomatoes and hot peppers, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. If the sauce isn’t spicy enough, add pepper to taste.
  5. Season with salt, then add finely chopped parsley, grated cheese, and cooked, drained spaghetti. Enjoy!

Homemade Mustard Dressing (for seasoning green salad)

Ingredients:

  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/3 vinegar
  • 2/3 water (in relation to the amount of mustard)
  • Garlic, chives, onion, or parsley (your choice)

Preparation:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl: mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar, and water.
  2. Add your choice of garlic, chives, onion, or parsley.
  3. Mix everything well to create the dressing.
  4. Use about 2 tablespoons to season your salad.

Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 yogurt (100 g)
  • Seasonings to taste (such as parsley, thyme, etc.)

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the yogurt and mix well until smooth.
  3. Incorporate your choice of seasonings.
  4. This dressing is great for seasoning fresh cucumbers, celery, carrots, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
