Sour broth ingredients:
1 liter of bone broth,
200 g of meat cooked in the same broth,
100 grams of onion,
50 g of grated carrot,
100 g of grated celery,
a handful of vegetables like cabbage,
1 small grated zucchini,
salt, pepper, parsley and celery leaf,
1 cup of sour cream,
2 eggs,
juice of half a lemon,
0.5 dl of milk.

Preparation:
Fry onions, chopped meat and all other grated or very finely chopped vegetables in butter. Stew with the occasional addition of broth for about 10 minutes. Pour the remaining broth over the vegetables, cook for another 10 minutes. Now, remove the pan from the stove and turn off the stove. While the pan is on the side, whisk the eggs, cream and milk until well combined. Slowly stir this mixture into the broth, but very slowly and stir the broth all the time. Return the pot slowly to the stove, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil again slowly, almost imperceptibly. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley and celery!
