Ingredients:

  • 1 package of puff pastry (about 17 oz)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 7 oz sour cream
  • 7 oz ham (about 1 ½ cups, chopped)
  • 7 oz cheese (about 1 ½ cups, shredded, such as mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions:
