Risotto with mushrooms ingredients:
400 milliliters of unsalted vegetable soup,
300 grams of mushrooms,
100 grams of rice,
black onion,
clove of garlic,
2 teaspoons of olive oil,
a spoonful of Parmesan,
black pepper as desired
Preparation:

Fry chopped mushrooms in olive oil and season with pepper. In another pan, fry the onion and garlic in a teaspoon of olive oil, add the rice and mix. Add broth gradually. Add half of the parmesan cheese and sauteed mushrooms, then cook until the rice is soft. Before serving, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
