Peach and Almond Cheesecake ingredients:
1/2 cup of almonds,
3/4 cup flour,
2 spoons of sugar,
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
8 tablespoons of butter,
2 egg yolks,
3 tablespoons of water,
a cup of peach jam,
a cup of mascarpone,
4 peaches,
a spoonful of almonds for decoration.
Preparation: Chop the almonds and add flour, sugar and salt. Then add the butter to the blender and mix a little more. Beat the egg yolks and add them to the blender, then pour in the water. You will get a sticky dough mixture. Shape the round dough and place it in a greased mold. Let it stand for about 20 minutes, then bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. Spread the cooled crust first with the jam and then with the mascarpone that you mixed first. Garnish with peach pieces and almonds.
