Ingredients for the First Crust:
- 10 egg whites
- 10 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 100 g ground walnuts
- 100 g chopped walnuts
- 100 g chopped cooking chocolate
- 100 g raisins (boiled or soaked in rum)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until glossy.
- Gently fold in the ground walnuts, chopped walnuts, chopped chocolate, raisins, baking powder, and cocoa powder until evenly combined.
- Pour the batter into a large, greased, and lined baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (about 20–25 minutes).
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then cut the crust into two equal parts.
Filling:

- 10 egg yolks

- Remove the yolk mixture from heat and mix in the melted chocolate. Let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, gradually mix the chocolate-yolk mixture into the beaten butter until smooth and creamy.

- Cover the top and sides of the cake with the remaining filling.
Decoration:
