Quick and easy mini cheese biscuits made with flour, margarine, and cheese. Soft, salty, and perfect for snacks or breakfast. Ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (800 g)
  • 1 lb farmer’s cheese or curd cheese
  • 1 stick margarine (about 1/2 cup or 115 g), softened
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, softened margarine, cheese, and salt to make a smooth dough.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it’s about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.
  3. Use a small round cutter or cup to cut out mini biscuits.
  4. Place them on a greased baking tray.
  5. Brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C), or until golden.
