Quick and easy mini cheese biscuits made with flour, margarine, and cheese. Soft, salty, and perfect for snacks or breakfast. Ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (800 g)
- 1 lb farmer’s cheese or curd cheese
- 1 stick margarine (about 1/2 cup or 115 g), softened
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Mix flour, softened margarine, cheese, and salt to make a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it’s about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.
- Use a small round cutter or cup to cut out mini biscuits.
- Place them on a greased baking tray.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C), or until golden.
