Marquise cake ingredients:
7 eggs,
250 grams of butter,
250 grams of powdered sugar,
200 grams of chocolate,
4 small boxes of biscuits,
2 bags of whipped cream,
7 deciliters of milk,
a little rum extract.
Cake Filling
Beat the butter and sugar well, then add the egg yolk and finally the melted chocolate. Beat 7 egg whites until stiff and combine with the filling (not with a mixer, but slowly with a fork). Dip the biscuits for a short time in milk into which a little rum extract has been poured and arrange them in a round dish first on the bottom, then vertically along the sides of the dish so that the smooth sides of the biscuits are next to the dish. Then pour the filling and arrange the biscuits on top.
Put the cake in the refrigerator to rest for a few hours (or overnight). Place the cake on a plate and cover with whipped cream.
