Aquarium cake ingredients:

  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 4 bags of gelatin (each is 10 grams)
  • 4 bags of whipped cream
  • 100 grams of coconut
  • 100 grams of ground walnuts
  • 100 grams of milk chocolate 100 grams of green candy
  • 2 bags of icing (+ milk) for coating the cake
  • 750 ml of milk

Aquarium cake Preparation:

Boil milk and sugar and leave to cool.
When it is lukewarm, add gelatin mixed with 15 cups of cold water.
Stir this mixture occasionally until it cools down.
Put 4 bagsof whipped cream in the cold milk and beat with a mixer until no traces of the mixer start to remain on the filling.

Take a 5-liter jar and cover it with plastic foil.
Sprinkle the bottom with coconut, then pour 10 tablespoons of white filling.
Then put the grated chocolate and then the white filling.
On top of that, chopped green candies, then filling, then ground walnuts, then filling.
Keep the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours (It is best to leave it overnight in the freezer).
After that, spread the cake on a tray, decorate it with whipped cream and chocolate crumbs.

The chocolate and walnuts should be dipped in milk just a little so that the cake does not separate while it is being cut.
This cake can be made a few days before a celebration and kept in the freezer.
