Enjoy a creamy, nutty frozen treat with this easy Kulfi recipe. With a hint of cardamom and crunchy pistachios and cashews, it’s a refreshing dessert perfect for warm days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 6-8 chopped cashews
  • 1/4 tsp rose water (optional)
  • Ice pop molds or small cups

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine half-and-half, coconut milk, brown sugar, and cardamom. Heat gently over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Stir in rose water, pistachios, and cashews.
  3. Pour mixture into ice pop molds or small cups. Insert sticks if using cups.
  4. Freeze for 6–8 hours or until fully set.
  5. To serve, briefly run under warm water to release from molds.
