Someone asked me how to make Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe so that it turns out so thin and crispy. Here is my recipe as if it were pizza from a pizzeria.
Two cups (FOR WHITE COFFEE) of flour (full of flour),
salt (a little less than one tablespoon),
the same cup (i.e. amount) of water with the fact that the water goes a little less than a full cup, i.e. not a full cup. The water should be lukewarm, put sugar in it in the same amount as salt, and one bag of yeast and mix it. Make sure that the yeast is fresh.
Oil, let’s say more than half a coffee cup, note – that the ability of the dough to stretch largely depends on the amount of oil and that later more can be added to the dough so that it stretches easier.
After about 4-5 minutes, the yeast and water become foamy and rise – make sure that the foam does not overflow from the bowl, because it is precious.
Mix and knead the dough,
leave on top for about 20-30 minutes.
Divide into two balls – although when you knead the mixture, it will seem impossible to make two pizzas, but it is TOTALLY possible!
Roll out with a rolling pin until the dough becomes almost transparent,
of course, it is necessary to flour both the surface and the ball, i.e. the dough.
After it has been stretched, it is good to leave it for about 10 minutes to grow a little, but it grows nicely even in the oven.
I bake it in the oven at a moderate temperature for about 20-25 minutes or so
in a hot oven for about 15 minutes..
