Marinated garlic is a great winter food that will go well with stronger winter food during cold days. Garlic from a jar is easy to make, and it can be stored like this for months, the only important thing is to keep it in the fridge after opening.

300 g of garlic
200 ml of white wine vinegar
200 ml of white wine
olive oil if desired

Preparation:
Clean the garlic and set aside. Put wine vinegar, white wine, chopped parsley and basil, peppercorns, salt in a saucepan and cook for ten minutes. Put the peeled garlic in the boiled vinegar and cook for another ten minutes at a low temperature and let it cool. Put the garlic in the jars and pour 2/3 of the vinegar in the jar as well. Then add peppercorns, then finely chop the basil, parsley and paprika, add to the jars, then add olive oil to the end, so that the garlic is completely covered. Close the jars well. It can be kept for several months, but after opening it must be kept in the fridge. Bon Appétit
